I purchased the Antview Microsoft edge activeX control programme. I want to install it remotely via group policy management on a Windows server system. Your website allows downloading in exe format. How can I access the installation file in MSI format?

You bought one developer license and I have communicated with your developer about deployment.
More developers that need support... means buying more developer licenses...

To come back to the question. 
The installer for AntView is a developer license, not designed to install at a customer site.
Most developers have their own installer when they wrap the browser control with their application(s).

There’s also: WebView2LoaderPath in case you want to put the DLL in another location.
