Blank popup Vimalin

Hi Wila,
We have a computer with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit 25H2.
We installed the latest VmWare Workstation Pro 26H1 and installed the latest Vimalin for Windows 2.6.645.
After installation when we start Vimalin, we get a blank screen.
   

We tried installing VmWare Workstation Pro 17 (latest) and removing and reinstalling Vimalin.
But the problem persists.
We also tried earlier version of Vimaliin and the problem stayed.

Do you have a solution for me ?

I've never seen that before ... and do wonder what that little tidbit is that it does show in the middle?

One thing to try is to go to the folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Vimalin\Resources
and look for the files:
Jet.Style
and
Jet.Win.Style

and rename those files to for example
_Jet.Style
and
_Jet.Win.Style

Then start again and see if that makes a difference.

You might also want to try re-downloading the installer as maybe it's a broken download causing this?

It certainly is a weird one.

Oh and Vimalin doesn't depend on Workstation for it's user interface, so it doesn't matter which version of Workstation you have installed for this particular issue.

edit: You mentioned you already tried an earlier version, so I would say that rules out "broken download" issue.
Does it help if you resize the panel?

Hi Wila,
Thanks for your reply. The tidbit you see is from Display Fusion , we use it to manage multiple monitors on one computer.
We use remote access to manage our hosts and virtual machine.

For now I can not do the changes you suggested, because it was time critical to contimue and we quickly reinstalled the Windows 11.
After just installing Windows 11 (same version), Remote Access software, VmWare Workstatio, we were able to install the earlier Vimalin installer without any problem.

However we made a backup of the "bad" Windows 11 host (C, so I hope we will be able to restore and test later
