Populate a dropdown list

Also, what's the best way to get rid of the quote of the previous response?
As for the question, I tried this:

lnreturn = thisform.oAntviewDocument.SetElementValueByNameSync("MakeID", "66")

and this:

lnreturn = thisform.oAntviewDocument.SetElementValueByNameSync("MakeID", 66)

Neither worked and lnreturn had a value of zero. Is it possible that the control is just not refreshing? Is there a way to do that? (I'll go looking for that next.)

Oh.. so you tried that already. The first one is the one to use.
Oops.. let me see if I can reproduce your problem with your supplied html snippet.

Re. forum software. Most likely you are bumping into Web Application Firewall (WAF) issues. Sadly can't run without that nowadays.
If a "submit" doesn't work, you can use the back button in your browser and the text you typed should still be there.
Most likely it will be some source code that confuses the WAF.
