Hi,
I've never seen that before ... and do wonder what that little tidbit is that it does show in the middle?
One thing to try is to go to the folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Vimalin\Resources
and look for the files:
Jet.Style
and
Jet.Win.Style
and rename those files to for example
_Jet.Style
and
_Jet.Win.Style
Then start again and see if that makes a difference.
You might also want to try re-downloading the installer as maybe it's a broken download causing this?
It certainly is a weird one.
Oh and Vimalin doesn't depend on Workstation for it's user interface, so it doesn't matter which version of Workstation you have installed for this particular issue.
edit: You mentioned you already tried an earlier version, so I would say that rules out "broken download" issue.
Does it help if you resize the panel?

Hi,
Glad to hear that you got it to work now.
Really weird..
Forgot to say that I'm also testing with Windows 11 Pro 25H2, so it should not be the Windows version itself.
It might be due to something installed on it, but I have no idea what could cause this.

Hi,
Strange. It would not expect it to be due to Windows 11 update breaking things as then it wouldn't only involve Vimalin.
Not seeing this reported by other developers using the same development environment.
Although this was working for you in the past, so it is unclear to me as to what has changed?
No need to use RunAs administrator. Vimalin should be installed using the same user that also runs VMware Workstation.
Installing as another user might even cause problems (although I think that I got that covered now).
Workstation versions should not matter and I also fail to see how the vCenter Converter would interfere with the GUI of Vimalin.
Let's proceed by email and see if we can figure this out.
