I get unable to create target path under Volume /volumes/VirtualMachine

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

This is most likely due to the security update from apple on macOS from a few months ago where suddenly every application in the bundle requires to be approved by the user to be able to write to an external disk.

Can you check the contents of this post please and see if that helps?
